ABOUT THE 2024 FALL REBATE

When will I receive my rebate?

Rebates are processed within seven (7) business days of claim entry.


If your rebate claim meets all program requirements and is approved, your VISA® Reward Card will arrive in 4-6 weeks.


You can track the status of your rebate by visiting https://www.yokohamatirerebates.ca and using the “Check Existing Claim” option. You will be asked to supply your Claim Reference number and email address.

Why can't I click the continue button?

The continue button will activate when all information is entered correctly. Check that all fields are populated, and no field is displaying as red in colour. If you see red, the field is empty or contains inaccurate information.

If using a smartphone, the Help Center widget can sometimes obscure the Continue button. Try turning the phone on its side for landscape view to expand the screen dimensions.

On very rare occasions, your browser may be the culprit and we suggest trying to enter your claim using another browser.

Is the model number on my invoice eligible for the rebate?

Please review the rebate form which outlines eligible models and amounts. Yokohama promotions can be found by visiting https://www.yokohamatirerebates.ca/promotions

How do I enter the purchase information in Step 2: Enter Your Purchase Information?

When entering your purchase information, please follow the steps below.



  • Make: Select the type of make of your vehicle. If you cannot find your make, enter it manually by clicking on “Having trouble finding your vehicle? Enter it manually.”

  • Tire Model: Begin by entering the tire model and select from the options presented.

  • DOT Number: This is not required for rebate claim

  • Tire Size: Type in the size of the tires. Eg. 225/55R17

  • Purchase Price: enter the price of all four tires before taxes and installation

  • Dealer: Enter the Postal Code of your retailer location (from the invoice) and select your dealer from the drop-down list. If you are unable to find your dealer, click on the link “if you cannot find your dealer, click this link.” Here you will be able to manually enter your dealer name and location.

  • Purchase Date:  Click on the calendar icon, and use the interactive calendar to select the date of sale from your invoice

  • Invoice number: Enter the invoice number as it appears on the invoice you uploaded earlier

How do I find and enter my tire size?

Your tire size is found on your invoice. Tire size is also stamped on the sidewall of your installed tires.

Please enter your tire size in the format 225/55R17.
